In 2009 Miretti came to the United States bringing an approach to explosion proof forklifts never seen before.
The concept of taking an existing OEM forklift and converting it to explosion proof had never been done. Explosion proof forklifts and all material handling equipment had been a specialty manufactured from the ground up unlike the
European and Asian market.
Dealers can now offer and sell their own equipment which they represent with added protection of Explosion Proof to their customers and expanded the continuity of fleet by having standard and explosion proof units operate the same.
